What Time of Year Will You Be Coming?
Rate structure depends on the time of year. For instance, there are no weekend rentals from the first week in June to the last week of September. After that, weekends, including long weekends (except Christmas / New Years) are $800.00 as long as someone has not requested a week long rental that conflicts with that particular weekend.Fall, winter, and early spring: $1200/wk
July/August: $2000/wk
June and September: $1500/wk
A $500 deposit is required within 2 weeks of booking or your reservation will be forfeited.
The cottage is a smoke-free environment and pets are not allowed. Weekly rentals run from Sunday to Sunday and check out time is 12 noon sharp. Check-in time is no earlier than 3 p.m. giving me time to change all bedding and prepare the cottage for the next guests.
Everything is supplied from bedding and linens to a completely equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer. The dining area can easily be made to accommodate six people and there is a small round table in the kitchen that doubles as additional food preparation area and overflow seating. The living room boasts designer furniture, a wood burning fireplace, a library, a sound system and hd satellite tv with blu-ray disc. There is even additional spill over sleeping possible with a double size day bed in the lower living room (down the spiral stairs) by the walk out to the lake.
This is not a cottage which is stripped down to rent. It is my personal cottage as I enjoy it. While I want you to enjoy it too, you are being asked to respect that.
